Your vacation is most important to us. We have therefore collected some helpful information for you, which will help you before you arrive and during your stay.
Since we live in the house, we are of course available for you any time. 

Arrival to Sylt by car
If you arrive by car, we recommend you transit to the island either from Niebüll with the "Blue car train" or the "Sylt Shuttle". Alternative, you can take the Ferry "Sylt Fähre" from Rømø (Denmark).
Please make reservations in ample time during peak travel times and holidays and, if possible, avoid arriving/departing at weekends.

Arrival to Sylt by train
Deutsche Bahn offers InterCity connections via Hamburg to Westerland several times a day. From Westerland main train station, it is approx. 5.5 km to the Mühlenhof in Keitum.

Arriving by plane
You can also reach Sylt by air. Depending on the season and flight schedule, you can reach the Westerland Airport from the following locations:
- Dortmund

- Dusseldorf

- Frankfort

- Hamburg
- Kassel-Calden

- Luxembourg
- Mannheim
- Munich

- Stuttgart
- Zurich

On Sylt - travel to the Mühlenhof
We have two entrances to the house.

1) If you are vacationing in the "Catharina" or "Käpt'n Jens", please navigate to the address "Alten Kirchenweg 29 in Keitum".
2) For all other apartments we recommend navigation to "Am Mühlenhof in Keitum". This will ease the handling of your belongings. 

Key collection
We live all year in the house and you will receive the key to your apartment directly from us. Please call us in advance in case you expect to arrive after 8 p.m.

Grocery store/baker
There is a small, personally run EDEKA food market with a bakery only about 250 meters from the Mühlenhof. The nice employees of "Edeka Keitum" will also be happy to deliver groceries to the holiday apartment. 

Internet/Wi-Fi
We offer you free WLAN in the house. 

Bicycles
Your bikes or rental bikes  are welcome to park at the Mühlenhof. We also have space in our large garden house (depending on the season and availability). 

Pay
You are welcome to pay with EC-Card on site. We also accept cash or bank transaction via IBAN.
